Is de kleur een eigenschap van Bels bier? Of zou het wisselende ABV het Belgische thema geven? Is het 5,2 %, 5,9% of 6%? Mijn bier is 5,2%. De gebruikte hops zijn Saaz, Styrian Goldings, Columbus. Wel prettig bitter bier, maar zijn het Belgische hopsoorten? Het lijkt mij dat de Wolluk in receptuur is gewijzigd. Waarom zou dat zijn? Of is het onderdeel van de evolutie?
